Privacy Policy

This page describes how information submitted through this website is collected, used, and protected.

Information we collect

When you submit a form on this website, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, state of residence, preferred contact method, topic of interest, retirement timeframe, and any optional information you choose to provide.

We may also collect limited technical information such as the page you submitted from, referral source, campaign parameters, submission date and time, and consent timestamps. This information is used for follow-up and to understand which pages and campaigns are useful.

Please do not submit account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal information through this website. Web forms and email are not secure channels.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to respond to your request, deliver any guide you requested, and follow up about a possible introductory conversation.

If you opt in, we may send educational updates by email. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you may opt out at any time.

We do not make automated investment, insurance, or product recommendations based on form data.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be handled by service providers that support our website, email, and client-relationship systems under contractual confidentiality obligations.

Advertising measurement

This website uses the Meta Pixel, a measurement tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to understand how visitors arrive from Meta advertising and which pages and requests they complete. The same measurement can be used to report on and optimize advertising.

The pixel can record the pages you view, your browser and device characteristics, the referring site, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and ad-click identifiers such as fbclid. Information you type into a form — your name, email address, phone number, or questions — is not sent to Meta by this website.

Guardian Financial Services does not display a cookie banner. Instead, this measurement is kept off for visitors whose visit indicates they are in a region that requires consent before advertising measurement (the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland), for visits where that region cannot be determined or the lookup fails, and for browsers that send a "do not sell or share" signal (Global Privacy Control). For visitors outside those situations the measurement runs without a notice.

Meta records ad clicks and impressions whether or not this pixel fires on your visit. To control advertising measurement you can enable Global Privacy Control or a "Do Not Sell or Share" setting in your browser, adjust the ad preferences in your Meta account settings, or contact us using the details on our Contact page.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to respond to your request and to meet applicable recordkeeping requirements.

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You may request that we correct or remove your information, or that we stop contacting you, by using the contact details on our Contact page.

You may also control advertising measurement through your browser's Global Privacy Control or "Do Not Sell or Share" setting, or through the ad preferences in your Meta account, as described under Advertising measurement above.
